Nordic Approvals:

All GRANA-faucets will go through the demanding Nordic Approval Scheme. Testing will include structural stability and suitability for contact with drinking water. GRANA faucets comply not only with EU Regulations, but also with national Nordic Building Regulations. The Finnish STF certificates can be found here (currently available only in Finnish. (Kitchen Faucets PDF 192 KB). Additional testing reports for sound levels, water flow, durability and for the content of heavy metals such as lead and cadmium can be found here. The test documents are currently available in Finnish only but you can easily check the results from the charts.

5-year warranty:

The MIMAS Basin Faucet has a five-year (5) warranty. The warranty covers raw material and manufacturing faults 5 years from the date of purchase.

Faults caused by normal wearing of the product, wrong installation, misuse, negligent maintenance or problems caused by water impurity are not covered by the warranty.

In warranty matters, do not uninstall your faucet, but contact instead our Customer Service or Product Dealer as soon as possible.

Grana’s internationally patented unique FASTFIX quick mount mechanism makes it possible to mount a faucet in only 30 seconds. Compared to the traditional 30 minutes, FASTFIX saves both time and money. Mounting is done from the top of the sink so the assembler doesn’t need to go crawling under the sink, unlike with ordinary faucets. Be sure to look at the installation video before installing here.

Safe FLEXPEX water supply hoses:

are durable steel-jacketed soft plastic PEX hoses. FLEXPEX hoses are flexible and therefore easy to handle. FLEXPEX hoses are also 15cm longer than the normal custom length, so expensive joining pieces are not needed. Hoses are color coded for an easy and fast installation. PEX hoses are CE approved.

ECOCLICK water saving mechanism:

The ECOCLICK water saving mechanism is a simple solution for saving nature. ECOCLICK cartridge subtly reminds you to consider the water usage by softly clicking when turning up the water flow. But when a strong water flow is needed, ECOCLICK doesn’t limit you. It’s easy to use for children and the elderly too.

Acoustic class 1:

GRANA Faucet’s maximum sound level is <20 dB (= best acoustic class) measured according to ISO 3822 standard.

Lead Free:

GRANA Faucets pass the official requirements for heavy metal dissolution in drinking water according to tough Finnish standards. Approved mean dissolution for cadmium is < 2 μg and < 20 μg for the lead.
